What steps can be taken if you are not happy with an appraisal? Agents and brokers will be taken into the current appraisal world. Our presenter will provide current updates on appraisals and the impact on COVID-19.

About Our Presenter
­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Rebecca (Becky) Jones, GSI, started her career in Real Estate in 1986 as a sales agent and then evolved into a New York State Certified Appraiser in 1991. She was President of her local board of REALTORS® in 1997 and REALTOR®/Appraiser of the Year in 1998 and REALTOR® of the Year in 2018. Becky was also President of the NY Society of Real Estate Appraisers in 2009. She has continued to serve on various industry committees and provides education to the real estate industry.

This class is being offered via ZOOM. Registrants MUST have a reliable camera and Internet to receive the credit. A link will be sent 24 hours before the class.
