This course is a deep dive into the 3 primary government loan products. Real estate agents will learn the requirements of FHA, USDA, & VA loan programs with special emphasis on property eligibility considerations. Whether showing a property to a potential buyer or reviewing with a seller an offer that utilizes one of these loan programs, attendees will leave the workshop armed with the knowledge needed to advise their clients with confidence!
